SERVICE GUARANTEE
Custom Diving Services guaranties all workmanship for five years and will provide you with our excellent services on-time and on budget. Custom Diving Services has no hidden fee's and will not perform any work on your equipment without your written authorization.
Please be advised that Custom Diving Services has a 60 day abandonment policy. If your suit is left in our shop for more than 30 days we will do everything in our power to contact you via the details filled out in Service Request Form provided when the suit was shipped or dropped off. If we are unable to contact you or finalize any outstanding payments due within 60 days, the items left will be considered abandoned and will be liquidated out in order to recoup the outstanding balance of the invoice attached.

How good are our Repairs?
Well we have a 5 year warranty on all of our workmanship that’s how confident we are in the quality of our work! We have experience in repairing Drysuits and have accumulated a great deal of knowledge on the correct way to repair Drysuits.
What do our prices include?
Our rates include labor, materials (unless otherwise indicated) and removal of old product. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for cleaning dirty Drysuits, excessive glue and removing badly decaying seals. Please see our repair prices. Any extra services will be quoted and approved by the customer before extra work or charges are preformed.
